June 30th, 1930 - November 13th, 2023

Mom is now dancing again with the love of her life. She peacefully passed away surrounded by family while listening to their favourite song, "Spanish Eyes".

Mom may have been small in height, but huge in heart for those she loved. She has many passions, such as her commitment to her church and God, selling tickets at the hospital or making Easter eggs with her church, but her biggest passion was her family. Mom was a bread maker extraordinaire, no one could knead like she did. Her voice was that of a songbird, her range lifted the hearts of those blessed to hear it.

Proud Matriarch of her family together with her husband Bernard. Beloved mother of the late David John (Monika), Joan (late Robert) and Joyce (Tony). Loving 'Granees' of Alisa, Darcy, Dylan, Spencer, Jenna and Delaney-McKenna. Predeceased by her parents Arlington and Hilda and her siblings Ellen, Ward and Dave. She will be greatly missed by many extended family and friends.

A heartfelt thank you to the loving care provided by the staff at Extendicare Mapleview Echo Bay Unit, who will now and forever have a special place in our hearts.

Family and friends are invited to gather at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington Street East 705-759-2522) on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 11 am - 1 pm for a time of fellowship and refreshments, with a small ceremony taking place at 12 pm.
