Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital with her family by her side on Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at the age of 76. Beloved wife and best friend of Amby (Ambrose) for 58 years. Loving and devoted mother of Linda Zayet (Harold) of Heyden and Barbara McArthur of St. Catharines. Cherished grandmother of Steven (Amanda) and Kevin (Kelly) Zayet. Special great grandmother of Konor, Curtis, Megan, Riley and Morgan Zayet. Dear sister of Vic Hilderley of Sault Ste. Marie and Grace Zurovitch (Bill) of Wisconsin. Sister-in-law of Jack McArthur and Marjorie Turner (late William) of Manitoulin Island and predeceased by Rachel McCannel (late James), Ida Badgerow (late Philip), Malcolm McArthur (late Annie), Dorothy Smith (late Aubrey), Irene McArthur, Lottie Edleman (late Harry) and Albert McArthur. Frances will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Funeral service to be held in the chapel at Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, January 5, 2007 at 11 am. Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Hoag officiating. Interment West Korah Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the United Baptist Church would be appreciated by the family.
