MAZZANTI, Lena (nee Luzzi)

After a short illness, with family by her side, at the Sault Area Hospital-Plummer Site on Monday, July 27, 2009. Lena passed away at the age of 92 years. Beloved wife of the late Tom Mazzanti. Dear daughter of the late Letizia and Antonio Luzzi. Dear sister of the late Walter (Erma), Reno (Guilda), Mary (late Mario), Bertha (late Adam) and Greta (Walter). Predeceased by her brothers and sisters-in-law Mary & Lawrence Sharpe, Olga and John Viellivue, Gina and Albert Shammess and Bruno Mazzanti. Special aunt of Brenda and Chester MacIntyre, Sandra and Gasper Zanotto and Michael and Rosa Koretz. Lena will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. At Lena's request there will be no public visitation. Friends and family are invited to a Funeral Service in the Chapel at Northwood Funeral Home & Cremation Services (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. with The Very Reverend Nelson Small officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
