On Saturday May 13, 2006 at Laurentian Hospital in Sudbury, Norm lost his valiant battle against brain cancer at age 64. Beloved friend and companion of Sharon Marcon. Dear father of Susan Archibald. Lovingly remembered by Sharon’s daughters, Melissa Loder (Shane) of Camden NC and Laura Jackson (Ben) of London. Cherished Papa of Cassandra, Kyle, Alice, Curtis, Dana, and Ashton. Predeceased by parents Arthur and Helen Mau of Pembroke and wife Alice (Desbiens). Brother of Doug (late Norma) of Renfrew, Marilyn Scott (late John) of Sudbury, and Shirley Riede (Bruno) of Oshawa. Nephew of Melvin Mau (Marg) and Selma Coburn (Len) of Pembroke. At Norm’s request there will be no visitation. Memorial service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday May 17, 2006 at 1 PM. Rev. Phil Miller officiating. Donations to the New Sault Area Hospital Fund would be appreciated by the family.
