Peacefully at the General Hospital, with her family by her side on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the age of 62. Beloved wife and best friend for over 42 years to Vittorio. Loving mother of Claudio (Sylvia), Carmela Roznik (Robert), Tiziana Palumbo (Vincent) and predeceased by Giuseppe and Patricia. Beloved daughter of the late Raphael and Angelina Piucci. Dear sister of Maria Narducci (Stefano) of Sault Ste. Marie, Lisa Costantino (Lello), Pietro Piucci (Marina) and predeceased by Raffaele Piucci (Betta) all of Italy. Cherished Nonna of Lucas, Brianna, Marcus and Matteo. Lena will be sadly missed by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and by many nieces and nephews. Lena devoted her life to raising her family and was a giving person who touched many lives with her kindness and generosity. Her true joy was her grandchildren.
