Maria passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the late Michele. Loving mother of Rocco (Rosaria), Lina Bruni (John) and Maria Di Marino (Rocco) of Windsor. Dear Grandma of Kevin Martone (Tricia) of St. Catharines, Anthony Martone (Cristina) of Alliston and Nona of Philip Bruni of Kitchener, Michael Bruni (April) of Barrie, Ida Bruni (Derek) of London, Theresa Di Marino (Tyler) of Alberta and Christopher Di Marino of Brantford. Great Grandmother of Kyle, Kole, Kaden, Damian, Austin, Ethan, Grace, Isabella, Sophia, Roman, Marco, Luca, Gianni, James and baby girl on the way.  Sister of the late Carmina Cipriano (late Rocco), Giuseppina Flammia (Giuseppe), late Angela Teta (late Sanducco) and late Michele Famiglietti (Virginia). Sister-in-law of the late Teresina Davino (late Gennaro) of Australia, late Antonietta (late Giuseppe) and late Giuseppe Martone (Pasqualina) all of Italy. Maria will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her many friends at the Casino. Family and friends are invited to visit at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road, 945-7758) on Monday, February 27, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Funeral Mass to follow at St. Gregory's Church at 1:00 p.m. with Monsignor Victor Amadio officiating.
