Suddenly with his family by his side at the Matthews Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, June 14, 2006 in his 78th year. Loving husband of Jewel, married for 59 years and best friends for 72 years. Cherished father of Jim (Sharon), Glenn (Roger), Rob (Bonita), Marla Fahrer (Gary) and the late Shiela Matheson (Ray). Caring and devoted grandfather of Lisa (Jay), Steven (Janelle), Rowan, P.J., Hillary, Colton, Kyle, Mikayla, Adam, Shelley (Dean) and Denver. Special great grandfather of Jarrett, Brennan, Thomas, Nicholas, Annie, Rayden and Ashlyn. Predeceased by his parents Colton and Pearl and his brother Ron (late Elsie). Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, June 18, 2006 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Funeral service to be held in the chapel on Monday, June 19, 2006 at 11 am.
