Peacefully at Extendicare Maple View on Saturday, October 23, 2021 with family by her side at the age of 95.
Born in Macchiagodena, Italy to Lucia and Phillip Gianfrancesco. Beloved wife of the late Felice. Devoted and caring mother of Mary Silveri (Dominic), Don Martella (Betty) and Joe Martella (Pam). Proud Nona of Tina Leech (Steve) of Ottawa, ON and Douglas Martella (Jenny) of Texas. Great Nona of Andrew and Joshua Leech and Kinsley Martella. Dear sister of Rosa Perrella (late Angelo) of Basking Ridge, NJ and the late Tony Gianfrancesco (late Peggy) of Bronx, NY. Aunt of Lucy Perrella Franceus (Joseph) of Basking Ridge, NJ, the late Mike Perrella (late Monica) of Elizabeth, CO, Angelo Pisani (Michelina) and Joe Pisani (Rose). Cousin of the late Dominic and Maria Martella and many more cousins in New York, Cleveland and Toronto. Dora will also be missed by her best friend Maria Buonomo.
Dora was a very devoted mother, avid gardener and an excellent cook.
