Born May 24, 1980 passed away peacefully in Port Perry on November 7, 2011. Loving son of Don Mark (Laurie), Susie Celetti (Rocco) and step son of Teresa Cirillo (Mark). Dear brother of Jeffrey, Courtney, Jessica, D.J., John and Nikki. Grandson of Don and Joan Mark and Pat and the late Ken Nott. Jason is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins in the Mark, Celetti, Nott and Cirillo families.
