Peacefully at the SAH General Site with her family by her side on Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at the age of 86. Very proud mother of David (Janice) and Theresa-Marie Mandolesi. Loving grandmother of Aaron Mandolesi and Sarah Kahanyshyn (Dave) and great grandmother of Emma and Lillia. Eda truly missed her beloved husband John who predeceased her in October 2005. Daughter of the late Eugenio and Angelina Gardi. Daughter-in-law of the late Enrico and Adele Mandolesi. Predeceased by her brother Vic Gardi and her sisters Teresa Dorazio and Dora Orlando (Pan). Sister-in-law of Elda Gardi, Art Dorazio and Georgina Bumbacco. Predeceased by her brothers-in-law Berto (Angeline), Ugo (Antoinette) and Joe (Bruna). Sadly missed by her very caring nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins and life long friends. Eda also met many special people through her volunteer work at the Religious Gift Shop in the Catholic Information Centre. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, February 9, 2007 from 9:30 am until time of Memorial Service at 10:30 am. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Columbarium.
