Passed away peacefully with his niece Lanna MacKay and nephew Kyle Kelly by his side at the Toronto General Hospital on Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at the age of 68.
Son of the late Doug and Frances MacKay. Brother of Alex (Cyndi) MacKay, Darlene (Charlie) Tallack, and Debbie (Randy) Ayotte. Uncle to Lanna, Melissa, Candace, Skye, and Kyle.
Kirk had friends from the East Coast to the West Coast and if you ever met Kirk, he always knew someone you knew. He was a strong union brother and was liked by many. He will be missed.
A celebration of Life will be announced at a later date. Thank you to the Transplant Team at the Toronto General Hospital and Eric Kirkiniemi (Kirks lifelong friend) for all your support.
