Josip Lucic passed away peacefully at the General Hospital with his family by his side on Sunday, November 17, 2002 in his 69th year. Loving husband and best friend of Ankica (Ann). Beloved son of the late Martin and Vera Lucic. Dear father of Vera Lucic (Jonathon Ross), Mark, John, and Jerry. Josip will be sadly missed by his brother Mark (Maria) and by his sister Kathy Smajlovic (late Mujo) all of Croatia. Proud uncle of Damir, Drago (Sladana), Olivera (Ivo) and Natasha (Stanko). Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, November 20, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Prayers at 7:30 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated from Our Lady of the Highways Catholic Church on Thursday, November 21 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Vesclko Kvesic officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Oncology Unit or to the Group Health Centre Trust Fund would be appreciated.
