Passed away peacefully on Friday July 6, 2007 with her family at her side. Beloved wife of the late Carmine Paradiso. Loving mother of Franco (Concetta), Giuseppina Brunetti (Paolo), Gino (Bianca) and Elvira Cuglietta (Franco). Cherished Nonna of Carmine, Adriano; Egidio, Amalia, Rosario, Lidia, Valeria, Tonino; Ida, Christina, Laura, Robert; Rosario and 13 great grandchildren. Dearest sister of the late Saveria (late Raffaele), late Luca (late Adelina), late Carmine (late Fortunata), late Francesco (Iolanda), late Pasqualina (late Giuseppe), Rico (late Adriana), Ottavio (Maria), Costantino(Franca) and Settimio (Nella). Dear sister-in-law of the late Pasquale (Saveria), late Eugenio, late Celestino (late Anita), Antonietta (late Gaspare) and Fiore (Ines). Fondly remembered by many nephews and nieces. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Tuesday July 10, 2007 from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral and committal service in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Michael X. Bennett officiating. Entombment will take place in Italy at a later date. Memorial donations made to the Alzheimer Society or the F.J. Ida's hard work, strong will and perserverance, along with her gentle demeanor made her the wonderful and special person that she was. Ida loved her home town of Serra D'Aiello and will be happy to go home soon. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
