It is with heavy hearts and tremendous sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Heaven’s newest angel with her family by her side. This earth was truly blessed to have one of the kindest and most caring individuals to touch the lives of so many people that knew her. Beloved wife of the late Allan Livingstone, who she will reunite with after 25 years. Loving and caring mother of Scott and Kim (Dennis Catling). Cherished grandmother of Mathieu and Chantal (Eric Howard). Great grandmother of Jayce, Grace and Adrienne. She was predeceased by her parents Hermas and Laurence Chaput. Elsie came form a large family of 2 brothers and 4 sisters and only to be survived by Marie Pope (Jerry). Dearest friend of Josie Carter. A special thank you to the first responders, Dr. Mohammadi, Dr Nicki Apostle, Keith, Shannon and all the ER staff for your tremendous compassion and support. A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. If desired, the family appreciates donations in memory of Elsie payable to or online at the Ontario Lung Association. Arrangements entrusted to O'Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 215 St. James St, 705-759-8456.

Her Journey’s Just Begun

Don’t think of her as gone away-
Her journey has just begun
Life holds many facets
The earth is only one
Just think of her as resting
From the sorrows and the tears
In a place of warmth and comfort
Where there are no days and years
Think how she must be wishing
That we could know today
How nothing but our sadness
Can really pass away
And think of her as living
In the hearts of those she touched
For nothing loved is ever lost-
And she was loved so very much
