Passed away peacefully, to be with the Lord Our Saviour, at the Sault Area Hospital, with his family by his side on Thursday, March 9, 2006 in his 58th year. Loving and devoted husband of over 29 years to Rhonda. Beloved father of Sophia Lewis (Damon Power), Donald Lewis and Elaine Lewis. Dear brother of Stanley Lewis (Molly) and predeceased by Shirley, Linda, Rod, Edward and Nellie. Son of the late Edna and Jack Lewis. Son-in-law of Donald and Betty-Ann Folz. Brother-in-law of Dale Folz (Judy), Debbie Mullen (Jim), Kim Donaghue (Lyn) and Daryl Folz. Mike is survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
