LENNOX, Mary Ann

(February 25, 1911 – December 21, 2011) – Peacefully passed away at the Tendercare Nursing Home at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Michael Lennox (1962). Much loved mother of the late Edward Lennox (2004) and late Irene Cook (late Charles) (2008). Cherished grandmother of Laura Dilabio (Joseph), Robert Lennox (Melissa) and Eric and James Cook of California. Proud great grandmother of Nicholas and Jennifer Dilabio, Kate and Isaac Lennox and Corrine and Ryan Cook of California. Dear daughter of the late Nicholas and Annie (Welchowsky) Ladubec. Sister of the late Rose Lennox (late Joseph), late Michael Ladubec (late Annie) and late Peter Ladubec (Mary). Sister in law of the late Anna Klukay (late Peter).  Special aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews. Mary will be deeply missed by her niece, Ruth, her great niece Kathryn Rose Thomson (Nelson Jeffkins) and great nephew Robert Thomson (Lise). Mary was an excellent homemaker, always putting her family first. She loved to prepare great meals, tend to her beautiful garden and many houseplants. A true friend to many fine people over the past one hundred years. Truly a women who has always had a great zest for life! A funeral service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, December 23, 2011 at 11 am. Mr. Gene Monin officiating. Memorial donations to the SAH Cancer Care Fund would be appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to her wonderful caregivers at the Tendercare Nursing Home.
