On May 20, 2024, Ronald James Legacie/Lewis passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital with his family by his side at the age of 72.
Cherished father of Rhonda Davies, John Davies, Randy Lewis (Annette), Robert Davies (Barbara), the late Adam Lewis, Ronald Mathews (Tracey), the late Lucy Mathews, Raymond Solomon (Jessica), Julia Solomon, and his most favourite child of all, his fur-baby Roofer.
Special grandfather of Randy Jr. (Keira), Erin (Marcus), Denziel, Gray, Lucy, Elijah, Shawnnessy, Jayden and Michael.
Son of the late Lillian and John Pine. Dear brother of Doug Pine (Wanda), Bonnie Pine, late Vincent Pine (Jennifer), Karen Pine-Cheechoo, Vern, Gerry Pine, Marlene Pine, Marie Pine-Deschamps (Tony), Sean Pine (Tracey) and Sylvia. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends, especially Rachel Solomon.
He was the best fisherman around and loved going to fishing trips with his family and friends.
A special shout out to his friends at the Sault Fly Anglers that he spent every Tuesday night with.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation will be held on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at O’Sullivan Funeral Home from 1pm until the time of the service at 2pm. A time to gather and celebrate Lewis’ life with light refreshments will be held immediately following the service from 3pm – 6pm.
