LECLERC, Gabriel (Gabby)

Passed away peacefully at the Lady Dunn Health Centre on Wednesday September 14, 2011 at the age of 72 years. Former husband of the late Geraldine "Gerry" Ross Halverson. Cherished father of John Leclerc (Eva), Sharon Briere (Claude), Gerard Leclerc (Lucille), Allan Leclerc (Lori), Laurie Leclerc (René Doiron), and Richard Leclerc (Terri). Proud "Grandpa Gabby" of 10 and great grandfather of 3 granddaughters. Dear brother of Pauline Druoin (late Herve) of North Bay, ON, Jocelyn Cappellani (late Adelchie) of Campbell River, B.C., Gilles Leclerc (late Shirley Smith) of Kelowna, B.C., the late Simone Burke (late Len), late Laurent Leclerc (late Marguerite Beausoleil), late Jeannette Stankivicius (late Vince), late Yvette Lafrance (late Ubald), late Robert Leclerc (late Lyla Dagenais), late Yvon Leclerc (Marie-Marthe Vallee) and the late Armande Haman (Bertrand)and the late Rene Leclerc (Rose). Gabby will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at the P.M. Gilmartin Funeral Home (140 Churchill Avenue, Wawa, 705-856-7340) on Saturday September 17, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. At the request of Gabby there will not be a funeral service.

Memorial donations made to the Lady Dunn Health Centre or to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (A.R.C.H.) would be greatly appreciated by the family.
