LeClaire (nee Yanta), Beverly Ann, August 1, 1940 - August 26, 2023
It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Bev at the age of 83.
Predeceased by her parents Dan and Dorothy Yanta. Cherished wife of Ken for 54 years. Proud mother of Lisa Kathryn and Paul Jonathan. She leaves behind her treasured grandson, Hunter Kenneth Hughson. Survived by her dear brother William Yanta (Irene Hughes-Yanta). She will also be missed by her adoring pets Zeva and Chance.
Bev proudly graduated from St. Michael’s Hospital Nursing School in Toronto in 1962 and she enjoyed a career in nursing in Southern Ontario and throughout Northern Ontario.
As per Bev’s wishes, there will be no formals services at this time. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations (made payable by cheque or online) in honor of Beverly’s mother Dorothy, to the Alzheimer’s Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
