With heavy hearts, the family of Kristy Lariviere wishes to announce Kristy passed away unexpectedly Saturday, June 1, 2019 at the young age of 36. She will be remembered for her life of laughter and love, and for being an amazing mother to her 4 children. She was an incredibly loving person and especially loved being a “Glamma” to her first Grandbaby. Family and friends will always remember her as a hero after her last deed on Earth was to save lives through organ donation.
Kristy leaves behind her soulmate and best friend Albert Lariviere after celebrating 10 years of marriage and nearly 20 years together in total. Her children, Hailey-Lynn Agawa (McKenzie Nearpass), Katie Lariviere, Makenna Lariviere, and Owen Lariviere will remember their beautiful mother in their hearts forever. She was the beloved daughter of Laurie Tromley (Ron Tromley), Dennis Duguay, the daughter-in-law of Helen Lariviere and Ross Lariviere, and she was the cherished granddaughter of Donna Abel (Dale). She was a loving sister to Sabrina Duguay and Dennis Duguay. And she was also the proud grandmother of Miles Nearpass.
The family invites those who wish to attend a procession at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E. 705-759-2522) are invited to come for 10:30 am Thursday, June 6 2019, and join for an interment at the Maple Leaf cemetery in Echo Bay. Please join us afterwards for A Celebration of Life at the Garden River Community Center. In lieu of flowers we are accepting donations to a GOFUNDME page KRISTY LYNN MEMORIAL FUND.
