Passed away peacefully at Maple View Nursing Home on Friday, July 15, 2016 in his 97th year.  Son of Isaac and Martha Lanthier of Pembroke, Ontario and husband of the late Pauline (1996).  Beloved father of June Behrens (Bob) of Sault Ste. Marie, Anna Mickelburgh of Brisbane, Australia and Sandra Steinbok of Missisauga, Ontario, grandfather of five and great grandfather of seven.  Proud World War II Veteran.  A private funeral was held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, July 22, 2016 at 11 am.  Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.  Memorial contributions to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.  Expressions of sympathy may be offered at www.arthurfuneralhome.com
