Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Saturday, November 26, 2005 after celebrating a great life. He leaves the love of his life Vera, his children Steven Lanthier, Deborah Morgan (Rick), Timothy Lanthier (Bev), Edith Lanthier and predeceased by Donald Lanthier and Thomas Lanthier. Proud grandfather of Elizabeth, Laura, Samara, Steven, Daniela and Marc. Great grandfather of Angelica. Jim will be sadly missed by his many family, friends and comrades. A private family funeral was held at the Barton & Kiteley Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, November 28, 2005 at 2 pm. Rev. Phil Miller officiated. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimers Society or to the Legion Poppy Fund would be appreciated. Thank you to all the people who touched Jim’s life.
