LAMON, Kenneth John

Ken peacefully passed away in the arms of 'the love of his
life' Cindy and his precious children Jamie-Lee and Jeffrey at the young age of 53 years on Saturday, November 7, 2009 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved son of Betty-Lou and the late Bill Lamon. Ken was the loving brother and best friend of Bill and his wife Helen, Derek and his wife Louise and Ruth Davidson and her husband Scott. Loving son-in-law to Carmelle and the late Bill Kuyek. Special brother-in-law to Marcy and Bill Gillespie, Tim Kuyek and Doreen Corbett (Heikki Pulkkinen). Cherished uncle to Samantha Nishizaki, Sherry White, Sandra Lamon,
Derek and Tanya Lamon, Donny and Brooke Davidson, Len Mackan, Wendy Figures, Thomas Kuyek, Sandy Anderson and Angie Snider. Friends may call at the P.M. Gilmartin Funeral Home, 140 Churchill Avenue, Wawa on Monday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service at St. Monica's Church on Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Bonnie Rayner officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Lady Dunn Health Centre Oncology Room or to the Wawa Legion Christmas Hamper Fund would be appreciated by the family.
