LAMON, Betty Lou

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Lady Dunn Health Centre, Wawa on Monday December 17, 2012 at the age of 82 years.  Beloved wife of the late William Lamon.  Loving and cherished mother of William Lamon (Helen), late Ken Lamon (Cindy), Derek Lamon (Louise) and Ruth Davidson (Scott).  Proud grandma of Samantha Nishizaki, Sherry White (Monty), Sandra Lamon (Caleb Dereski), Jamie Lee Lamon, Jeff Lamon (Desiree Norwegian), Derek Lamon Jr. (Kayla), Tanya Lamon, Donny Davidson and Brooke Davidson and great grandmother of Noah, Selby, Carson, Ava and Tripp.  Dear sister of the late Don McAllister (late Agnes), late Jack McAllister and the late Ruth McAllister.  Betty Lou will be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews.  Friends are invited to visit at the P.M. Gilmartin Funeral Home (140 Churchill Avenue, Wawa, 1-800-439-4937) on Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.  A funeral service will be held at the First United Church on Thursday December 20, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Bonnie Rayner officiating.  Memorial donations made to the Lady Dunn Health Centre Long Term Care or to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.
