Passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Friday, August 28, 2009. Loving wife and best friend of Wayne. Great and supportive mother of Sherri-Ann Henderson (Phil) and Shelley Lynn Pezzutto (Jamie). Mama lucky of Sierra and Talynne Henderson. Predeceased by her parents Bill and Nora Mooney and her brothers Brian and Bobby. Colleen is survived by her sisters and brothers: Maureen (Lorne), Norman (Lynda), Eunice (late Wayne), Keith (Ollie), Cheryl, Ricky and Brad (Diane). Sister-in-law of Judy, Wanda (Terry), Kenny (Liz) and Marilyn (Kelly). Special Auntie Colleen to many nieces, nephews and friends. Colleen will be missed by her 'walking buddy' Sandra Pold. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home & Cremation Services (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service at Christ Church (585 Allen's Side Road) on Thursday, September 3, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Canon Earl Burke officiating. Interment at West Korah Cemetery. Memorial donations made to A.R.C.H. or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
