February 5, 1958 - March 3, 2024

On March 3, 2024 surrounded by his loving family, Tim passed away unexpectedly. Timothy Clarence Lambert, born on February 5, 1958 in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario was cherished deeply and will be profoundly missed by his devoted wife and life-long companion Helen Lambert and his daughters Amanda and Jessica (David). Tim was the beloved son of the late Roberta and Clarence Lambert and dear brother of the late Vernica (late Jim), Denise (Mike), the late Marlene (late Bobby), Lorne, and Jane (Paul).

He leaves behind a legacy of love and fond memories that will forever be treasured by his mother-in-law, Maria Cuglietta (late Giovanni), and his late sister-in-law Connie, brother-in-law Rob Kaven (Christine), his surviving siblings-in-law Frank, Michael, Marcello, Louie and Eva.

Tim took immense pride in his role as "Papa Tim" to Vexton Alberta and will be deeply missed by Vexton's dad Shane Alberta, who Tim adored very much. He embraced his role as God father and uncle to many nieces and nephews, especially a great uncle to his little buddy, Kane Lambert, with whom he shared countless joyful moments.

Tim was happy to reconnect with his long-lost daughter Erin after 40 years and his absence will be strongly felt by her and her family.

He will be missed by his life-long childhood friend, Dale Watkins. He was close to so many people and will be missed by his friends from hockey, hunting, camping, and his colleagues from work.

Tim's love for animals was apparent to anyone who knew him. Tim's beloved pet Uno was a constant source of comfort and companionship. He will now be reunited with Sheeba, Sugar and Sadie.

In his retirement from Algoma Steel, Tim found solace in his simplicity of life at his cherished camp where he and Helen would spend their summer months together. Whether he was hunting, indulging in his passion for Star Trek, playing hockey with his buddies capped-off with pizza and beers, watching his favourite hockey team, the Boston Bruins, taking walks to Victor's shop, planning his annual August horseshoe tournament or preparing his famous Italian sauce or westerns; Tim approached life with boundless enthusiasm and a contagious laugh that lit-up any room. He was the heart and soul of every gathering, always ready with a quick wit and a warm embrace. Above all Tim's unwavering love and devotion knew no bounds, as shown by his dedication to his family and friends.

The family extends a heart-felt thank you to the compassionate ICU team, Dr. Landry and nurses Anna, Carla, Kaitlyn and student nurse Mateo for their exceptional care and support during Tim's final days.

Friends and family are invited to visit Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. E., 705-759-2522) on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 12:00 until the time of the service at 3:00 pm with Mrs. Helen Smith officiating.
