Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Saturday, May 26, 2007 in his 93rd year. Former husband of Angela. Loving father of Doreen Lalor (John), Brian (Beverly), Bill (Alice) and Joseph Lamarche (Barbara). Cherished grandfather of Stephanie and Joshua Lalor, Brent and Daryl Lamarche, Laura and Nick Lamarche and Samantha Lamarche. Great grandfather of Benjamin. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Simone Collins (Alex) Bill (Rita), Jeanette Behrens (Bob) and Bud (wife Marjorie of Bend, Oregon). Uncle of Walter and Don McCrea, Barbara Wolfe, Bob Behrens, Larry Behrens, Judy Soltys, Steven, Rebecca and Kenny Lamarche. Son of the late François and the late Emilia Lamarche (nee Brisebois). Rolly was the last survivor of the original residents of the town of Wawa. He taught his children survival skills, honesty and determination. In his convictions, he was stubborn to the end. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 from 6-9 pm. Funeral mass to be celebrated from Precious Blood Cathedral on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at 11 am.
