LaBERGE, Eleanor

Posted

Eleanor LaBerge passed away on October 2, 2003 surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Edmund (Ted) LaBerge. Mom-Nana you were an inspiration and spiritual guide to us all, your will to live and happiness with your life will be your legacy and will live on within all of us. You guided us from childhood, were strong when we were weak, took charge when we were threatened, and supported when we were failing. From humble beginnings you always carried yourself with elegance and dignity and enlightened us by example how to persevere in the most difficult of times, all the while smiling and having fun with the situations life brought your way. You were the light in our lives and will shine on forever in the lessons we teach our young, the caring and respect that you exhibited for your friends, family and with everyone you met. As a wife, mother and grandmother you were the center of our lives and we now find ourselves searching for the strength to go on without your pleasant smile and gentle way.
