Passed away at home on Monday, February 7, 2011 in his 79th year. Predeceased by his parents Alec and Mary Kowalyk. Beloved husband of Regina. Loving father of Jerry Jr. (Joanne) and the late Julie. Grandfather of Tara and Melissa. Step father of Bonnie Miller and Nancy Farrell. Step grandfather of Andrew, Shannon and Brittany. Brother of David Kowalyk (Nora), Hope Prystanski (Dennis) of Kakabeka Falls, Ontario, Eugene Kowalyk (Linda) of Vermilion Bay, Ontario and Peter Kowalyk (Sandra) of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Holy Trinity Church on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 11 am. Rev. Bob Elkin officiating.
