Suddenly and unexpectedly in Timmins on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at the age of 27 years. Beloved son of Christine and Shawn. Loving brother of Samantha and Eric. Very dear grandson of John and Yvette Joyce of Timmins and Ernest Koshowski (late Joyce) of Stoney Creek. Special nephew of Eileen Tkaczuk (Charles), Caryn Tryon (Doug) and the late Camie Koshowski. Cousin of Vincent and Stephanie Tkaczuk. Survived by many friends from his travels around the world. Scott graduated from Chippewa High School in North Bay and the University of Guelph in the Honours Bachelor of Science program. He had a real love of music, was a dedicated tutor, loved skateboarding and was very adept in language, learning to speak fluent Korean, Japanese and recently learning Arabic and Russian. Friends are invited to celebrate Scott’s life at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, December 13, 2013 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel onSaturday, December 14, 2013 at 10 am. Rev. Nancy Ferguson officiating.
