Passed away in his 94th year at the Algoma Residential
Community Hospice (A.R.C.H.) on Thursday, September 17, 2009. Beloved and most cherished husband of Annette (Brazeau). Father of Sharon Suffel (Jim), Jo Ann Young (Randy), Brenda Sarlo (John), Keith (Rosanne). Predeceased by his mother and father Dan and Mae Kilty. Brother Francis (Chloris), Helen, Gerald (Doris), Marie Marsh (Lorne), Norbert and Arlene. Grandfather of Brent, Todd, Craig, Christopher, Trevor, Adam, Erin, Marc, Meghan, Kristen, Alysse, Michael, Erica and eight great grandchildren. Son-in-law of the late Arthur and Alice Brazeau. Sister-in-law of Diane Hunt (Bob). Brother-in-law of Glen Conway (late Aliette), Hubert, Beverly, late Judy, late Fred Brazeau, late Marie Lundhild (Holdger) and the late Joseph. Special cousin of Barb Laska. Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Joseph was a third degree Knight of Columbus. He was an avid golfer from the age of 12 and a longtime member of Sault Ste. Marie Golf and Country Club, retiring from the game in 2004. Joseph spent 40 years as a roller in the Rail Mill at Algoma Steel and retired in 1977. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, September 20, 2009 from 7 - 9 pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated Monday, September 21, 2009 at 11:00 am from Blessed Sacrament Church. Father Eric Pannike officiating. Interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations to A.R.C.H. would be appreciated.
