It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of our Dad, Herbert Stanley Kelly on November 11, 2021.
Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Patricia Kelly.
Our Herbie will be deeply missed by his children Shanon (Chad), Vanessa, Cody, Ashley (Chris), Matt and Mark McLeod. His Grandchildren Dylan, Gage, Ariston, Ayla and Parker. His siblings Wayne (Gay), Kenny (Michelle), Late Patsy-Jean (Nick), Late Ronnie (Jen), Brenda (Phil), Karen (Robert), Donna (Jorge), Gary (Brenda). He will be missed by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Those who have had the chance to meet Herbie came to know the joy he was capable of emitting through his lively spirit, animated gestures and his unique, joke-infused, storytelling voice.
Whether it was at work, a social gathering or a corner store, Herbie always found a way to put a smile on someone’s face. His one of a kind character is one that we can’t replace, but one we can always remember and celebrate.
As per Herbie’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. We ask that all planning to attend to bring a firework of any kind, as Herbie loved to end an evening with a nice light show. Donations made to the Ontario Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
