Peacefully passed away after a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, September 20, 2008 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Ambrose (Andre) and the late Alick. Loving mother of Christopher (Marie Pine), Gina May and David (Gloria Wynne). Cherished grandmother of Amanda, Brad, Chad, Tyler and the late Alick Jr. Dear sister of Alice Manary (Dennis) and predeceased by William Black (Irene), Howard Black, Georgina, Robert Black (late Rena) and Ronald Black. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Christopher and Eva Black. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, September 24, 2008 from 5 – 9 pm and on Thursday, September 25, 2008 from 10 – 10:30 am. Funeral service to follow from St. Matthew’s Anglican Church at 11 am. The Venerable Munroe Scott officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
