Passed away peacefully at the Ontario Finnish Resthome, Sault Ste. Marie with family at her side on Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the age of 85. Devoted wife of Bruno for over 60 years. Loving mother of Ollie of Chapleau, Paul (Candace) of Espanola and Diana Gilbert (Greg) of Lively. Proud Mummo of Bensen Gilbert, Avery and Aidan Kallioinen. Dear sister of Olavi Laakso of Helsinki, Finland. A celebration of Terttu’s life was held in Sault Ste. Marie. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Ontario Finnish Resthome Association would be greatly appreciated.
