Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Sunday, September 16, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Ella Johnston. Loving father of the late Gary Johnston (Rosemary). Proud grandfather of Bernie (Leah), Gary (Bonnie) and Shelley Currie (Brad). Great grandfather of seven and great great grandfather of two. Dear brother of Keith (late Margaret) and Ian (Sandra) and predeceased by Craig and Donna. Elgin will be sadly missed by his very special friend, Jean Colgate and by his niece and nephews. He will also be missed by his many friends through his long career at John Deere.
