Passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 22, 2009 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Jean for 42 years. Father of Bruce (Barbara), Barrie, Brent, Bill, Andy (Helen), Jim (Sue) and Gary. Grandfather of 14. Brother of Gerald (Ina) and Joyce Fera (late Alfred). Jack retired as a Sargeant from the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services after 32 years of service to the community. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 from 1 pm until time of funeral service in the chapel at 3 pm. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
