Peacefully in his sleep at home with his loving family by his side on Saturday, November 8, 2008 in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Elsie for 67 years. Cherished father of Alfred and Jackie Johns, Kenna Morrow, Janet and Alan Jamieson, Alan and Beth Johns and Kevin and Karen Johns. Adored by grandchildren Kristen and Glenn Flood, Christopher and Jennifer Johns, Megan and Jamie Jeffery, Matthew and Jennifer Morrow, Joseph Morrow and Robin Sokoloski, Wesley Morrow and Stephanie Woodill, Neil and Alison Jamieson, Timothy and Lisa Jamieson, Kent Jamieson, Liisa Johns, Kevin and Sarah Johns, Tiina Johns, Elizabeth Lacelle and Calvin Lamming, Rhiannon Johns and great grandchildren Connor and Alexander Flood, Zachary, Emily, Ellen and Natasha Johns, Jack and Isaac Jeffery, Annabelle and Vanessa Magdaglia, Izabelle Jamieson and Elianna Lamming. Son of the late Thomas and Winnie Johns. Dear brother of Grace Dawyd (late Joseph), Margaret Radke (late Lorne), Allan Johns (late Marjorie) and Ernest Johns (Fidele). Predeceased by brothers Daniel Johns (late Albena), Edgar Johns (Grace), Harold Johns (late Norma) and sister Vera Wagner (late William). Brother-in-law of the late Albena Johns, and the late Zella Barnes. Kenneth will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and cousins, especially cousin Albert Johns. Friends may call all at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, November 11, 2008 from 6 – 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, November 12, 2008 from the United Baptist Church (41 Malabar St). Memorial contributions to the United Baptist Church or to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
