Passed away at Extendicare Tendercare Nursing Home on Saturday, November 12, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Jewell. Cherished mother of Brenda and Barry (Becky). Loving grandmother of Tessa and Courtney. Daughter of the late Louie and Caroline Fera. Predeceased by her siblings Peter Fera (Elsie), Frances Caputo Pilgrim (James, Ben), Jim Fera (Rose), Annie Morassut (Bruno), Rose Suraci (Steve), Adeline Cerutti (Tilley), Santo Fera (Theresa), Mary Artuso (Gino) and Gilda Parco (Nino). Evelyn cherished her many nieces, nephews and cousins. Evelyn has gone to heaven to rejoin her best friend Theresa Fera and the rest of her family. In keeping with Evelyn’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A celebration of Evelyn’s life will be held December 22, 2011 in Toronto. Memorial donations to Breast Cancer Research Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
