Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, June 20, 2020 with her daughter Cassie and Cassie's bestfriend Ashley Gray by her side at the age of 62.
Predeceased by her fiancé Charlie. Dear mother of Albert Jr. Getty (Caroline) and Cassie Getty (Richard "Bo"). Special grandmother to Evelyn, Nathan, Timothy, Jayden, Brodie, and Nim; step-grandmother of Haydyn. Daughter to the late Beatrice Adrian Jackson (Vanderpol). Dear sister to the late Edna Jackson, Dennis Jackson (Nancy), Donna Thornton (Don), Darleen Rivet (Rick), Fred Jackson (late Karen), and Evelyne Kehoe (Herb). Special aunt to Holly, Chris, Micheal, Sheri (Marc), Micheal R, Justin (Alanna), Michelle, Janice, Jeffrey, David (Alexis), Darren, and Cathy (Kyle). Great aunt to Harleyah, Jayden, Kiya-Lynn, Zimani, Jack, Tessa, Isabell, and Chandler. Very special bestfriend to Denise Lendrum. I would like to say a special thanks to our Sault Area Hospital for all their love and support. Also a special thanks to Sheri (Marc), Richard "Bo", and Donny and Karen Cory. She will be missed by her extended family and friends here in Sault Ste. Marie and in Toronto, Ontario. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
