passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by his family at the Plummer Hospital on Thursday August 21, 2003 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of the late Ruth (nee Lang). Loving father of Judy Beckett (Norman), Norma Williams (Dave), Lucille Smale (John), Frank Irwin (Ann) and the late Donald Roy and Danny Roy. Grandfather of David Beckett (Carol), Brenda Douglas, Tom Williams (Judy), Mike Williams (Cheryl), Jamie Eaton (Sherri), Tammy Pierman (Brad), Nicholas Irwin, and Jacob Irwin. Great grandfather of Melissa, Brandon and Anthony Beckett, Ryan and Natasha Douglas, Jordan, Justin and Caleb Williams, Chris Williams, and Jesse James Eaton. Brother of Tom Irwin Sr. (Olive) and the late Harvey Irwin. Brother-in-law of Fred Lang (Joyce). Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home on Sunday August 24, 2003 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service from the chapel on Monday August 25, 2003 at 2 pm. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating.
