Hurdle, Claude James Andrew passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Sault Area Hospital on May 23, 2011 in his 64th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Theresa, Claude was the cherished father Trevor (Sharon) and Dawn Rioux (Jason). Loving grandfather of Desiré, Cody, Bryce and Sean. Pre-deceased by his parents John and Vinie Hurdle and brothers Floyd (late Doreen), William (late Hetty) and Terry he is also survived by his sisters Mary Teal (late Mark), Charolette Brunet (late Felix), sister in law Maxine and brother in law John Derosbie (Tracy). He will also be fondly remembered by his many nephews and nieces. With respect to Claude’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Memorial contributions to the SAH (Sault Area Hospital) Cancer Care Fund would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre.
