Peacefully at home with her family by her side on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Tim, and the late Earl Valley. Devoted mother of Donald Valley (Wendy) of Barrie and Lois Kelly of Sault Ste. Marie. Daughter of the late Muriel Lajoie (nee Russ) and Joseph Lajoie. Sister of the late Dean Lajoie, Beverly Lajoie, Evelyn Deevy (Orville) and Marion Mizzi (Mel). Cherished grandmother of Les and Melissa Kelly of Sault Ste. Marie and Brandon, Dustin and Nancy Valley of Barrie. Great grandmother of Lily, Nicholas and Kaitlyn Kelly. Stepmother of Mary Tozar (Larry) of Toronto, Jerry Horrigan (Jackie) of Sault Ste. Marie, Joan Horrigan (Billy) of Hamilton, Judy Horrigan of Sudbury and John Horrigan (Ann) of Ottawa. Loving aunt of many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, December 31, 2004 from 11 am until time of funeral Mass at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church at 1 pm. Father Michael Williams officiating. Lillian was known for her witty sense of humour, her love of family and her friends, her love of life and her faith.
