Peacefully at the Plummer Memorial Hospital, with his family by his side Saturday, June 5, 2004 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of over 34 years to Nancy Hope. Loving father of Tracey Payer (Dino), and Terri-Sue Quinn-Nott (Keith). Dear brother of Blayne Hope (Arleen). Predeceased by his parents Robert and Gayley Hope, by his sister Roberta Robins (John) and by his brothers John Hope (Zella) and Bernie Hope. Wayne is the brother-in-law of Patricia Clarke (Gary), Leona Clark (Ron), Marie Morgan (late Tom), Jerry Pearson (Candice) Danny Pearson (Beverley) and the late Ellen Growden (Jim) and Alex Pearson. He will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Tuesday, June 8, 2004 from 6-9 pm. Funeral mass to be celebrated at St. Gerard Majella Church on Wednesday, June 9, 2004 at 1 pm. Rev. George LaPierre and Rev. Larry Burton officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Palliative Care Unit, Kidney Foundation or to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
