After a lengthy illness surrounded by her family on Thursday, July 30, 2009 at the Sault Area Hospital – General Site at the age of 80. Loving wife of Robert (Bob) for 60 years. Much loved mother of Jean Salvalaggio (Wayne), Gary (Carol), Lee-Ann Miller (Jim) and Nancy Mrowiec (Ed). Grandmother of Jeff Holmes (Anne), Jamie Holmes (Monica), Jason Holmes, Lindsey Holmes (Mike), T.J. Miller (Alison), Bobbi-Jo Miller, Zak Seibt, Tiffany Seibt, Cody Seibt and the late Aleisha Seibt. Great grandmother of Austin Holmes, Jude Holmes, Pippa Holmes. Sister of Wilho (Bill) Niemi (Jean) and Viljo (Joe) Niemi. At Wilma’s request there will be no visitation. A funeral service will be held at Harmony St. Mark’s United Church (St. Joseph Island) on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 at 11 am. Rev. Eun Joo Park officiating. Interment Richards Landing Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Harmony St. Mark’s United Church – Stained Glass Window Fund or Spina Bifida Association of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
