HOLLINGSHEAD, William Melvin

At the Sault Area Hospital on Thursday, December 20, 2007 in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Claire (July 2007). Dear father of Cille of Sault Ste. Marie and Dale of South Porcupine. Poppa of Joey (Ottawa) and Laena (Sydney, Australia). Grampa of Jennifer and Billy, South Porcupine. Sadly missed by sister Jean McKinley (late Peter) of Ingersoll. Predeceased by brothers Jack and Gord and sisters Barbara and Margret. Fondly remembered by many in laws and nieces and nephews. Bill served proudly in Korea with the PPCLI 2nd Battalion. He was a life time member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 287. Bill was a bank manager with C.I.B.C. for 40 years. Devoted family man who the angels have reunited with his loving wife and we are sure they are gardening together. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, December 24, 2007 from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Funeral in the chapel at 11 a.m. Mrs. Janet Norman officiating. Memorial donations made to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
