Peacefully at the General Hospital on Tuesday, January 15, 2008. David Lorne Hill in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Doris (nee Spencer) for nearly 50 years. Proud father of Frances Johnston, Winnifred Johnston (Bill) of Cheboygan, Michigan and Robin Smith of Ingersoll, Ontario. Cherished grandpa of Hillery Edwards (Shawn Crawford), the late Hannah Edwards, Loren Johnston and Andy Johnston. Son of the late William and Myrtle Hill. Dear brother of Ethel Wolsey (Ken) and predeceased by Elbern and Elsie Hill, Donald and Doreen Hill. Dear brother-in-law of Winnifred Edwards (Floyd), Ruth Lucenti (Gary), Meryl Hutchings (Ron) and the late Helen and Don Perkins. David will be remembered by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial service at the Community of Christ (585 McNabb Street) on Saturday, January 19, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with Elder Redverse Butler officiating.
