Passed away suddenly at home on November 2, 2011 at the age of 58. Beloved son of the late Donald and Doreen. Dear brother of Gerald (Gwen), Donna (Chris), Debbie and Danny. Father of two children. Cecil will be remembered by his nieces and nephews. At Cecil’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
