Irene Yvonne Hietala (Nelson) passed away at her residence on Thursday, August 1,2002 at the age of 82 years. Dear mother of Eleanor Poluck (Pat) and loving grandmother of Christopher (Denise), Anthony (Julia) and Donna-Day (Sandy Saverini). Dear great grandmother of five. Dear sister of Verena Newman (Dave), Oscar Nelson (Marilyn), Bernhard Nelson (late Bernice) and Albert Nelson (Jenny). Irene was predeceased by Rudolph, Arthur, George Nelson (Murdine) and Ruth Zaffini (Edward). Mrs. Hietala is also survived by many nieces and nephews. A private family service was held at the O'Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
