Surrounded by his beloved family, Richard passed away on
Thursday, February 19, 2009 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice. Husband of Jean for 43 years. Father of Heather and the late Christine. Much loved Poppa of
Sam, Alex and Olivia. Brother of Eddie, Brian, Kathy and the late Randy. Special brother-in-law of Anne and Mario Tucci and Gordon and Shauna Orr. Uncle of Leanne and Claudio Cavaliere, Andrew and Stephanie Orr, David Tucci and numerous other nieces and nephews. Great uncle of Meghanne and Marc Cavaliere. Nephew of Deanne Ingram (Ray) of Oklahoma City and the late Edith Verdecchia (Ed). Rick will be remembered for his sense of humour, passion for learning and commitment to those he cared for, both at home and work. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, February 22, 2009 from 6:30 - 9 pm. Funeral service to be held in the chapel on Monday, February 23, 2009 at 11 am.
