Peacefully at the General Hospital on Saturday, January 21, 2006 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Eileen for 63 years. Adored father of Susan Champagne (Jerry), Valerie Halstead (Gerry) and Kris Hartman. Dearest grandfather of Robyn, Andrew, Tim, Lindsay, Harlie and Spencer. Loving great grandfather of 11. Son of the late Charles and Florence Hartman. Brother of Phillip Hartman (Margaret), Virginia Le Neve (late Bill), Jean Clark (late Bob) and the late Phyllis Duncan (late Hugh). As requested there will be no visitation. Join us for a memorial service on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 11am in the chapel at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. The Very Rev. Garry Dobinson officiating. Charles devoted his life to the Masonic Lodge and the Sault Shrine Club and was a member of the Shrine Band. In lieu of flowers Memorial contributions to the Shriners Children’s Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
Members of the Masonic Lodge are requested to assemble at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 11am for a memorial service for the late Charles Hartman.
